  Had a very disappointing experience. During the trial, they assured us they would provide a perfectly fitting size, but on the wedding day they gave an outfit that was one size bigger. The same issue had already happened earlier with my sister as well. On top of that, they forgot to provide the finalized jewellery for my wife, and a similar issue occurred with my brother too. Overall, the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Having a big shop doesn’t make you a big brand — professionalism, commitment, and customer experience do. I would not recommend going there.

  I had a really great experience with this store. I purchased a western gown, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The design was elegant, stylish, and perfectly matched the latest trends. The fit was amazing and true to size, which made me feel super confident wearing it. The fabric quality was also very good—comfortable, lightweight, and premium feel overall. I received so many compliments when I wore it! The staff was polite and helpful, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful western outfits. Will surely shop again!

  Our overall experience was really disappointing. The staff did not seem very interested in showing the lehengas properly, After this experience, we would definitely think twice before visiting the store again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service and staff behaviour.

  Had a very disappointing experience with this store. We tried calling multiple times to cancel due to a genuine emergency, but the owner kept saying “call later” and never addressed the issue properly. After 6–7 attempts, we were bluntly told the booking had lapsed and no refund would be given. What’s worse is the false response on our review claiming we were given an option to postpone—this is completely untrue. No such option was ever offered; instead, the communication was rude and dismissive throughout. Blaming customers for “not informing earlier” is unfair when every call was avoided or delayed from their end. Very unprofessional and insensitive behavior. Would not recommend.
