  ⭐ **1 Star — Extremely Poor Experience at PVR Ujjain** Honestly, this was one of the worst cinema experiences I’ve had. The AC was not working properly, the auditoriums were poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was seriously disappointing. The **sound quality is also extremely poor**. In some parts of the auditorium, the sound is so low and unclear that it doesn’t even feel like you’re watching a movie in a proper multiplex. The overall experience feels more like an **old, outdated single-screen theatre** than a modern PVR. The entire property looks neglected and badly needs a **complete renovation**. From the interiors and cleanliness to the AC and sound system, almost everything needs serious improvement. It feels like the management is simply **taking advantage of the lack of competition in Ujjain**. Since there is hardly any proper multiplex competition in the city, customers are left with limited options, and unfortunately, it seems like PVR has become too comfortable relying on that monopoly instead of maintaining the quality customers deserve. Having limited competition is **not an excuse for providing poor service and an outdated cinema experience**. People are paying full ticket prices and deserve working AC, good sound, cleanliness, comfortable auditoriums, and proper maintenance. **PVR Ujjain seriously needs to wake up, invest in renovation, improve maintenance, and stop taking customers for granted.** **Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the money in its current condition. ⭐**

  The screen is worse here, this is the picture after renovation. They changed the seats but forgot to upgrade the screen.

  Literally the worst movie experience. I went to their so called “Newly Renovated” auditorium and it was a horrible experience. It was really hot inside and I was constantly sweating because their ACs don’t work. They don’t have anything to cool down the auditorium. Also, the picture and sound quality was really bad, they are using very outdated systems and it’s high time they should upgrade it. Poor experience overall.

  700 Rs for one popcorn box and 1 glass of Pepsi serious this is pure loot in ujjain, there is an offer also in 550 you will get 2 popcorn box with 1 Pepsi and 1 gift but you can’t pay though Upi you can to pay cash only. When they know customer don’t have option now let’s start cheat

  Was a small pvr and have 4 screens Went to watch drishyam 2 As the floor is very small within few minutes feel like crowdy Have some light snacks option Sitting in pvr were very uncomfortable Even in top most rows too
