  Worst ever experience I recently came to Pushpa Mission Hospital for my wife's delivery. While the delivery process itself was handled properly by doctor Rashmi maam excellent but what happened afterward was extremely disappointing and concerning. The nursing staff admitted my newborn baby to the NISU after two day for jundice, but due to internal miscommunication, treatment was started only after 2–3 hours. During this delay, the baby received no proper medical care, which is gross negligence in a critical emergency case. I noticed all the babies have jaundice and made a bill of ₹13,000 for just one day. Now they’re saying everything is normal and are discharging us. And the shocking part is that the doctor’s visit charge is ₹7000 per visit — that’s too high. I think this is a scam for looting patient we came for help from you. JESUS always wanted to serve children not to loot them. The hygiene conditions in the hospital are also very poor. Mosquitoes are everywhere, even around newborn babies in NISU, which is extremely dangerous and unhygienic. For a hospital of this reputation, this level of negligence is shocking and unacceptable. Additionally, the parking staff’s behavior is shameful. One of the attendants used abusive language, which is completely intolerable. A patient’s family spending lakhs of rupees on treatment should not be insulted for ₹15. Strict action must be taken against such staff, and the parking tender should be reviewed or canceled immediately as the Parking guy for 4 wheeler say i will bit you and know some politician how can hospital tolerate this a parking guy decide negative image for the hospital. Another serious inconvenience is the billing system. The billing counter is on the ground floor, and patients or attendants have to go from the 3rd floor to the ground floor even for a payment of ₹10. Only after that do nurses continue treatment or release reports. This is harassment. When the hospital already takes an advance payment, small charges should be adjusted automatically. At the very least, install scanners or UPI payment systems on every floor to avoid unnecessary suffering. What I saw in the morning, the hospital staff were bathing the babies together, and I noticed that two babies were being bathed in the same tub. This is very wrong — if any baby has an infection, it could spread to others. They are playing with the babies’ lives. Please take strict action. If these issues are not addressed immediately, I will have no option but to file a formal complaint with higher health authorities, the government health department, and the CM Helpline, for negligence, mismanagement, and unprofessional behavior in emergency cases. It's an health care facility for people who came to help from you in hope do not make them regret choosing you.

  Worst nursing staff! They would scare you and would suggest more medication than doctor itself. If we consult with doctor they would not be happy. I went there for my wife’s emergency and I consulted Dr on what Nurse suggested and she got furious that why are you consulting doctor, we are saying what is good for patient. I don’t know if she even administered the dosage or not. While we were waiting I also heard the same nurse saying to another patient that she should get admitted and get the full treatment for couple of days. I don’t know if the nurses here have some commission or if they are forced to push for more medication but my experience was worst. I would NOT recommend anyone going there.

  Humble request!! please don't trust the doctor Mr Santosh chandwani... He is working there just for money.....He don't really care about the patients and the children....My sister was suffering through a severe infection...age just 7 months...we have observed the symptoms and showed to him Hindu Pushpa mission hospital... There we want at 11:00... And the appointment was of after 12:30.. unhone 12:30 ki appointment hone ke bad 2:00 dekha usko and we also understand in hospitals they are few emergencies...but he don't even saw her properly... Stamped the medicines without seeing of which medicine the stamp is... The whole day and night she suffered through high fever, vomiting and loose motion.... After that the next day...we took appointment of dr. Ravi Rathore and there after few medical test we came to know that she is suffering from infection... So please don't play with the lives of little children... And don't trust these kind of gold digger doctors

  Worst services. No doctor available on time. I have doctor appointment on 5:30 but they came at 6 PM and patient was seriously ill. I thought it's Mission Hospital here I can expect timely treatment but still here delay faced.

  Most famous hospital of Ujjain. The facilities and staff are good. All the necessary things are available.There is one blood bank. Parking and everything. Affordable treatment.
