  Date 02/12/2025 My stay at this hotel was honestly terrible. The room I was given felt filthy—dusty surfaces, unclean sheets, and corners that looked like they hadn’t been touched in ages. To make things worse, there were Pan Bahar or Vimal gutka–like red stains splattered in the corners of the hallway and even near my room door, which was absolutely disgusting. The service was completely unprofessional; it felt like the staff didn’t care at all. And the food? Easily some of the worst I’ve ever been served at any hotel—bland, greasy, and barely edible. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I was welcomed warmly at check-in with polite greetings. The receptionist was kind and helpful. They showed me both AC and non-AC room options, all clean and well-maintained. The washroom had proper cleaning, a bathtub, geyser, and dustbin. Staff even carried my luggage and brought towel, soap, and water bottles to the room. They offered me a discounted rate too. All the women working there were confident and independent. Overall, a great and satisfying stay!

  I wanted to give zero star Not for Family Stays I will say this is not a hotel this is a furnished guest house only Everyone should avoid this place please don't book as this is horrible place and conducted also. After payment they will delay you for the dinner or breakfast as they are waiting that you can cancel the order so that they can save money also. I have ordered one plate samosa they have given me 1 samosa with brown paper and tighten with thread they don't know what one plate means at least 2 Samosa and chutney. Service by Hotel Team - Uneducated staff is there they don't even know how to serve the customers Facilities - Zero they are not even providing basic kits for washroom. Food - Worst Experience Hygiene - Very dusty and unhygienic.

  Prem Palace isn’t just bad—it’s a criminal enterprise posing as a hotel. From the moment we entered, the stench of sewage and decay was unbearable. Our room had bloodstains on sheets, cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, and mold-covered walls. When we complained, the staff laughed and called us "too picky." The "food" was a biohazard: raw chicken that smelled rotten, stale rice, and a soup with a dead fly floating in it. When we refused to pay, the owner stormed in, screaming obscenities and threatening physical violence. At 4 AM, his goons banged on our door demanding "extra payment" for "damages" we never caused. Safety? Non-existent. A drunk staffer tried entering our room at midnight, and the owner’s son leered at female guests in the lobby. We overheard staff bragging about overcharging tourists and serving expired food. This place violates every health, safety, and human decency law imaginable. We filed police reports and are suing. Prem Palace should be shut down immediately—it’s a danger to public health and human dignity. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR LIFE HERE. Worst experience of my life - trauma!
