We stayed at this hotel during our recent road trip as a halt in Ujjain, and it honestly turned out to be the absolute best stay of our entire journey! Right from check-in, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our needs. A huge shoutout to the restaurant team and chef. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but they went above and beyond for us. They listened carefully to our specific instructions for baby food and prepared it perfectly every single time. The regular food was also absolutely delicious, fresh, and hygienic. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable—exactly what we needed to recharge during a long road trip. If you are visiting Ujjain or passing through on a road trip, I highly recommend staying here. Exceptional service!

The rooms, food , location was very good. The staff were very polite and eager to help. They helped me in taking customised instructions for providing food for my 11 month baby. The location is far from Mahakaleshwar temple but that's the good thing since otherwise area will become very congested. Parking space is available unlike hotels near temple which will tell you to park in City parking premises.

Excellent Stay at Playotel Ujjain We had a wonderful stay at Playotel Ujjain. The staff was very active, courteous, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more comfortable and memorable. We celebrated our **first wedding anniversary on 28 May 2026** in **Ujjain**, and the trip became truly special with the divine darshan of **Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple**. The hotel's hospitality, cleanliness, and service added greatly to our joyful celebration. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary trip so pleasant and memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain for leisure or pilgrimage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
