The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient – they answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. The PC was ready on time and the performance is excellent. I also appreciate their after-sales support – very professional and responsive.

*AVOID THIS SHOP* I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop. I ordered RAM for my laptop, and not only did they order the wrong one, but they also installed it, causing my laptop to shut down completely. To make matters worse, the OWNER had the worst behaviour I've ever seen. They wasted a lot of my time with delays and poor service. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone in Ujjain. Really disappointed with their unprofessionalism. BILKUL MAT AANA IDHAR😬🙏🏿
