⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently bought a Tornado bicycle from Navdurga Cycles, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The bicycle is fantastic—strong, stylish, and of excellent quality. The owner was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the buying process. Their excellent customer service made the experience even better. I highly recommend Navdurga Cycles to anyone looking for a quality bicycle and a trustworthy shop. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The after-sales service is very costly and disappointing. The owner, Mr. Rohit of NavDurga Cycles, is not customer-friendly and does not treat customers with respect. My experience after purchasing the cycle was not satisfactory. I hope they improve their customer service and provide better support to customers.

After 1 month review: PROs: 1. Great experience buying my first bike! 2. The staff is highly skilled and very polite. 3. Post-purchase service is also great. 4. Different brand options available. 5. The owner is very friendly and will help you select the right bike for you, if needed. 6. High quality components (anything related to cycles) available for separate purchase. CONs: 1. The price for some bikes might be slightly higher than other competitive stores in Indore/Bhopal, but not THAT high. It would cost you same if you transport your bike to ujjain. OVERALL: The Best Store in Ujjain to buy quality and premium bikes. In Ujjain, there is no competition for this store, it's just on another level.

Wanted to urgently gift a cycle for my nephew's birthday. I was in another state and looked up at this shop online. Owner is genuinely helpful, humble and enthusiastic. He patiently explained everything to me on call and helped me select best cycle for my nephew. They made sure that cycle is properly assembled and delivered at the door step. Ultimately, happiness of my Nephew's face is priceless for me❤️❤️
