I had the worst experience. I took Hair Spa and Waxing. I was told of Loreal Hair Spa but I don't know what products they have used as they did not mixed or constituted the product in front of me. Similarly with the waxing, the lady finished my arms and underarms in just 15 min, I was not satisfied with the service also, and charged 500 rs which I found too much costly. Also, the salon was too dirty. The combs, their seats, their towels were extremely dirty. The combs were entangled with hairs. They did not provided the gown also. For waxing, I requested the one from the lady. To which first she was giving me a dirty towel, then I told her to give me gown, then she searched for it and gave, which was also used :(. Overall my experience was worst. Better not to go there.

Worst experience. I have important event of my life and these bunch of idiots spoiled my hair. No even feeling sorry about the disaster they did to my hair. Didn’t listen to what i instructed them to do . Just did what they felt and result short and uneven hair. Never visit such place

I’m a regular customer, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I waited 5 minutes for Anil, and when he came, he wasn’t willing to provide the service and asked me to wait again for another staff member. This is not how you treat customers. Attitude doesn’t build a business. I may not visit again.

really liked my experience at Matrix Hare Carw Professional Unisex Salon. The staff were super friendly and helpful in suggesting the right hairstyle. The salon vibe is chill, neat, and comfortable. Prices are fair too. If you’re looking for a nice unisex salon, this place won’t disappoint.
