Terrible experience! No trained staff, not even for simple blow dryer. They don’t know how to even section the hair, hold the brush… I asked the incharge for an experienced staff he said they are busy & i will give your hair a final touch up. What non sense!!! Again & again power was dripping when more thn 2 dryers were used.

Booked an appointment in advance. I was told “abhi busy hoon, 1 hour baad aa jao”. I trusted that and went there, even though I had a train at 7 PM. When I reached, instead of professionalism, I got extremely rude behaviour. The person (name: Jeevan Jadhav) clearly said: “aap kahin aur karwa lo, humare paas abhi bhi time nahi hai. Na hi Aap mere client ho .” If you are busy, say no clearly on call. Don’t give false assurance and waste someone’s time. Also, there is no proper reception management. No one is available to handle or even talk properly to customers. This is not the behaviour expected from a brand like Mattrix. Very disappointing experience. Please improve communication, customer handling, and basic professionalism.
