  I recently stayed at Mansa Club and Resort in Ujjain with my family, and overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is quite large, and we were pleased with the ample parking and the convenient car washing facility. Our family room was pool-facing, well-maintained, and hygienic. However, there are two areas for improvement: the breakfast start time is at 8:30 AM, which can be quite restrictive if you're planning early morning temple visits, and the in-room dining menu is quite limited with limited options for main courses. Despite these points, the resort offers good facilities and is a comfortable place to stay.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean when I checked in. There was dust everywhere, I even found cockroaches in the room, and the bedsheets were dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was also in very poor condition and clearly lacked proper hygiene. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. It had very little taste, the quality was poor, and the menu was extremely limited. Even the breakfast was below average and not worth having. It also felt like the hotel only prioritizes wedding and event bookings. Walk-in guests do not seem to receive proper attention or service. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, room maintenance, and customer service were all far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.

  These are the overpriced rooms. The rooms have very drench smell of wetness. Also the resort is situated in the farm area so there is heavy problem of field crickets even on the 2nd floor. The room does not have a single chair to facilitate basic sitting. The rooms also doesn't have any balti or tub in the bathroom and if you ask for the same they will deny the request. Their service is of very poor quality. I would not recommend anyone to stay here as there are many good option in the city area with better rooms and better quality service.

  While the property itself is beautiful, it is located quite far from the city and suffers from a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The staff were unhelpful when requests were made, and the food service is highly restrictive—they even stopped serving tea and coffee outside of specific times. This property has great potential, but it desperately needs trained hospitality professionals to run it before the poor service completely ruins the guest experience.

  Our recent stay at *Mansa Club and Resort, ujjain* was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The property has absolutely zero hospitality standards. The staff is extremely unprofessional, poorly trained, and completely unaware of how to speak to or handle guests respectfully. The rooms were poorly maintained with multiple technical issues, lack of cleanliness, no proper dusting, no small towels, and pathetic housekeeping services. The attitude of the room service and housekeeping staff was basically: “Pay the full amount first, then maybe we’ll provide basic necessities.” Even after full payment, nothing was properly managed. The food quality was terrible and nowhere close to acceptable standards for a resort claiming to provide a premium stay experience. The most shocking part was the swimming pool — filthy water filled with tissues, bottles, and litter floating everywhere. It genuinely looked like the water had not been cleaned or changed for weeks. There was also a horrible smell around the property and especially near the rooms. Initially, we were allotted rooms at the extreme back side of the resort where there was absolutely no visible boundary wall or sense of safety — it literally felt like jungle on one side and our room on the other. Even after repeated complaints and room changes, the situation barely improved. The property may have potential, but it feels like it has been handed over to completely incompetent and uneducated management who are ruining what could have been a good resort. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.
