  I had an excellent experience at this Bajaj showroom in Ujjain. I visited under extremely challenging conditions to charge my Chetak, and the staff was exceptionally supportive and professional throughout. Their polite and formal approach, along with their willingness to assist without hesitation, truly stood out. I sincerely appreciate their customer-centric attitude and highly recommend this showroom for their outstanding service.

  ⭐ 1 Star One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my vehicle back after servicing. The staff is highly unprofessional, gives false delivery commitments, and never provides proper updates unless repeatedly followed up. There is no accountability, no transparency, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. Extremely disappointing service. I would never recommend this service center to anyone.

  Worst service expirience. And worst hospitality in after sales service to the customer. I have given 4 days for my issue i have been suffering with in chetak scooty. And it has been weeks Never got any solution since. And still no body is taking any responsibility for this.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) **Worst service experience ever.** My Bajaj Chetak has been at service center for more than one month and the technicians still cannot identify the actual problem. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have neither repaired the vehicle nor given any clear delivery timeline. Very poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and continuous excuses from the service center staff. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and extra expenses. I expected much better support from an authorized Bajaj Chetak dealership.

  Worst experience ever. We wanted to buy Chetak 3503 but their salesmen started quoting prices higher than shown on their website. They are running a fraud forcing, customers to buy accessories when it is not compulsory. They also reduced to deduct subsidy. We did not purchase it from them because of their scammy, rude, unprofessional behaviour. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
