  Mahindra Bhagirath Motors Ujjain is a showroom located on Agar road quiet away from tye main city. Coming for service or purchase takes a lot of time and traffic here. Despite of that, the sales team and PDI team is great, clean and posetive approach made the experience very memorable. Their team is helpful and all tye facilities like, Cash payment, online, RTGS and card swipe is available here. They don't charge any MDR fees for Credit card transactions of 50000 or below. Making bargains for vehicle purchase is a tough job here. And they have a very annoying clause - To make complete payment of vehicle from the account of the owner not even close family. ( That's quiet a task ). Apart from this, their delivery experience is concerning amd aweful. No photographs, No shades in hot summer.. Not even unweiling the vehicle from covers.. nothing. Despite of completing full payment and formalities in 2 days advance, and informing prior to the delivery day.. They just ruined my family's experience of car delivery. I am left with no memory of my first vehicle purchase, even after spending on a professional photographer and all. ( Completely opposite of what was earlier ). Still, I hold those memories of helpful sales team and PDI was just awesome. I will update the review after first service. ( as of today 09.04.26 ). Edit: on 29th june tye first service for 2000km was a good experience. They do not provide you any experience or facilities, but tye service part is nice, online appointment, timely service, proper information and detailing of the issues and pricing.   Horrible Service, Booked the Vehicle long back, Paid the 100%advance amount, Vehicle was delivered after rescheduling the delivery date by 4 times , that too it Took 4-5 hrs for the process No one to explain & demonstrate the Vehicle features , Staff was very rude specially the Sales Manager on Post. Vehicle delivered in Dirty condition with Scratches. Very Bad experience at Mahi dra Bhagirath Motors Ujjain MP

  I had a highly disappointing experience with the Mahindra showroom service. There was an unnecessary delay in service delivery, and no proper explanation or timely updates were provided. The staff appeared unprofessional and lacked customer-handling skills. Despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily. Such a level of service is not expected from a reputed brand like Mahindra. I didn't expect from the staff.
