It felt like there was a serious lack of transparency, and I regret trusting this dealership. I would strongly recommend others to double-check all documents, avoid quick loan offers, and consider more reliable sellers.

Very poor service. My scooty’s first service should be free, but they charged ₹350 for coming a few days late without informing me about this rule earlier. Customer communication is very poor. Service center should clearly inform customers about such rules in advance. Very disappointed with this experience.

Very disappointing experience! One of my friends purchased a product, but the company approved a loan amount much higher than the actual bill — without any proper explanation or my clear consent. No call, no email, just silently approved the loan and started the EMI! Is this how a professional company works? It feels like a trap to exploit innocent customers. Absolutely no transparency or trust. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Feels like a scam!

Very bad service, We bought 2 scooters from here. If you go to get service from them, they say that our first priority is our new customers. Means, sell the scooter and forget it? What about the after sell service? Note :- Before financing a scooty from Mahalaxmi Motors, check all the details 10 times.
