Here's a polished and professional version of your feedback: The service was excellent, and I had a very pleasant experience. The driver was highly professional, courteous, and well-mannered throughout the journey. His behavior was exceptional, and he was genuinely a kind and helpful person. I would also like to share an incident that reflects the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my earbuds in the vehicle. When I called the driver at around 11:00 PM, he promptly answered my call and made arrangements to have my earbuds delivered to me at Ujjain Railway Station through someone he knew. I truly appreciate his honesty, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others.

I came across Lift Taxi through a simple Google search, at a time when finding reliable transport felt almost impossible. It was the peak year-end holiday season, and I was planning a fairly demanding leg of my journey— Through Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, and finally Indore—for a group of 10 people. After speaking to multiple operators, Lift Taxi clearly stood out. Despite the holiday rush, their pricing was competitive, their fleet options were impressive, and what really inspired confidence was the fact that their vehicles were brand new and well-maintained. We got to hire an Innova and an Ertiga. The only minor downside was that we couldn’t all travel together—but beyond that, everything else exceeded expectations. From execution to experience, the service was seamless. The chauffeurs were punctual, professional, and extremely patient. Unlike many operators who impose rigid driving-hour restrictions, our drivers stayed flexible. On one occasion, we reached Omkareshwar around 9 PM and completed darshan well past 11 PM—yet both drivers waited calmly at the parking area and ensured a smooth drop back to our hotels. Special mention to Mr. Aslam and Mr. Sanjeev—both were courteous, humble, and well-acquainted with the routes and local nuances. What truly stood out was their attitude. Our itinerary kept changing, we often ran behind schedule, and odd-requests came in —but every adjustment was handled with encouragement rather than resistance. Whether it was late-night darshan pickups or early-morning drops to the Narmada ghats for holy dips, or taking us endless weavers at Maheswar, they were always supportive. Another aspect worth highlighting is the coordination with Yaasir. Every interaction was over the phone—we never met in person. Given that this was a last-minute booking made while I was already travelling, I naturally had my reservations. There were no long negotiations or repeated follow-ups, yet everything worked exactly as promised. That level of trust and delivery, especially under time pressure, is commendable. All in all, Lift Taxi delivered a reliable, respectful, and stress-free experience during one of the busiest travel periods of the year. Totally worth it. Strong 4.5/5 from my side.
