    Worst petrol pump. Attendant at the CNG pump was drunk and making cheap/lewd comments on women present there.

    I filled 23 litre diesel from here and but after running for 276 km it showed fuel again. As my car runs for 15kmpl it gave 12kmpl mileage only as I had to run for 350km. Almost 4.5 litre of fuel fraud done over here.

    Best quality petrol in the heart of the city. Due to city centre there is a lot of rush, but the staff is very calm. Just because of some idiots who bring in lakhs of bike and ask for 30 - 40 Rs petrol, then fight for less petrol and waste others time.

    Very disappointing experience at Langer Petrol Pump, Dewas Road, Ujjain. I visited for tyre air filling in my EV. Despite no queue, the staff unnecessarily delayed service. After that, he made a rude and insulting comment: “Hamari EV mein hawa bharne ki iccha hi nahi hoti.” When I said I would speak to the manager, he arrogantly replied: “Haan kar lo, kuch nahi hoga.” This kind of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. Whether a customer has an EV, petrol, or diesel vehicle, everyone deserves equal treatment. Management should seriously look into staff behavior, check CCTV, and take corrective action.

    After filling tyre air same day tyre is getting puncture. I have observed this many times. This is a big problem and the management should investigate that why this is happening at such a reputed petrol pump.
