  It took me to get loan amount in 37 days, which is higher then any other bank…and from applying to get the loan amount i had to pay almost 23k for log in fee, processing fee, stamp duty, search report and all…which was double of my EMI…as i got yo know that HDFC charges are less then any other bank…process wise not fully satisfied with the bank…ROI is good which is actually lower than any other private bank

  Employees are good and their behaviour is good too. The only thing I found irritating is buying stamps and getting print of documents required for them. They should help customer with same so that customer don't have to worry about same.

  Services are good upto mark. All the staff helping in nature nd provide all the guidance in full details.

  Good service from the bank. The staff is very supportive, especially Mr. Abhishek Sengar, who was the sales manager. He provided prompt service and was always available to help with documentation. However, the bank could be a little more lenient with customers and not so rigid regarding banking hours. Overall, it was a good experience.

  Loan was sanctioned earliest and Got help from mukund gorey. He is very polite and helpful.
