Absolutely the Worst Boarding Experience – Do Not Trust Them! I left my cat here for just two days, and she came back sick, weak, and traumatized. They refused to provide any updates or photos, which was already suspicious. Within days, she developed a severe viral infection, with vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and high fever—something the vet says was likely caused by poor hygiene and neglect. This place is irresponsible, unprofessional, and completely unfit to care for animals. I’ve spent thousands on medical bills, and my cat is still suffering. Do NOT make the same mistake I did—stay far away!

Worst shop not recommended they are selling semi adults birds 1. Some Birds don't even know how to talk they are too young So I need to play YouTube Sounds sometimes to speak 2. Very costly I purchased 6 Pairs Birds but each pair they charged 500 for semi adult Budgies Bird Seriously? Who isn't even good at talking in Indore The same thing costs around 250 pair half of the price 3. After 2 days my 1 bird had disease and We took him to the shop and we don't need anymore but they did not give us money back he just gave us new bird that sounds like forcing us The owner is also rude not 🚫 recommended anyone They just want money 💰

Excellent services, reasonable rates. Very helping nature of owners. Excellent services, reasonable rates. Very helping nature of owners. All the services like hostel, grooming and training is excellent No 1 and the best shop at Ujjain where you will find everything under one roof. Medical advice is also very useful from pet mall owners. They are very supportive and good in nature.
