Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Great Britain Waffle Ujjain. What used to feel like a proper cafe now feels like a poorly maintained kirana shop with a waffle counter added to it. The ambience is completely gone no vibe, no warmth, no cafe like atmosphere. It feels cluttered, unorganized, and honestly very low effort. The standards have clearly dropped. Presentation was careless, the overall cleanliness didn’t feel up to the mark, and the experience lacked any sense of professionalism. Staff didn’t seem attentive or welcoming, which made the visit even more unpleasant. We walked in with genuinely high expectations, thinking we’d enjoy a quality cafe experience, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The brand name promises something premium, but the reality is far from it. It seriously needs better management, improved hygiene, and a major upgrade in overall quality. Would not recommend in its current state.

Below Average pleace. Food and service was poor. Moreover there were a lot of mosquitoes at the place. In food I tried 1.labenese Falafal which was ridiculously served with mayonnaise 2. veggie momos which were actually fried and was very hard. 3. A Kulfi that was great. Overall I find the place below average.
