Poorest sense of customer relationship or service, very very rude behaviour, no value for money and time, craftsmanship zero, attitudes pathetic, no person ever wanting quality tailoring should ever visit this place. Any other random boutique one may choose in Ujjain but not this one... considering the similar bad experiences customers face here.

A horrible experience! I was told just one day before the events that I won't be receiving any of my cloth-pieces, which were already worth thousands. As there was another boutique, that helped me somehow at a few, and I had to purchase ready-made clothes, it cost me almost double. The owner was absolutely rude and unapologetic, totally reflected how negligent she feels about the clients, and left me hanging in the middle of literally nowhere.

Pathetic behavior, rude staff, highly overpriced. I had the worst 15 minutes in the shop. I won't recommend stepping into this shop even for a minute. Above and beyond the level of worst, she had the guts to call and say no one asked you to step in the shop. Why would anyone then open the shop? To entertain the customer or to misbehave and ask them not to visit?
