Had the worst Experience. Had booked a cab from Ujjain to Omkareshwar and then drop to Indore same day. 1)The driver was late by 40-45 mins and when confronted, they said they were not able find tge location inspite of me sharing it the previous day. 2)The Car condition was dirty. The seats were dusty all together. 3)The Ac wasn’t working properly. 4)The manager or whoever it was was extremely rude and not at all compassionate. There was no clear communication where the Balance of payment was to be done. We found out that we had to reset it by paying petrol and tolls which had no clue off.

We had a good experience with the Chajju taxi, we loved his guidance and had a great time, and first of all, whenever I come to Ujjain, I will give him first preference.

Never ever go with this taxi service. Complete fraud company. They will charge you premium and at last moment send the poor condition car with unskilled driver, that time you will not have option to opt out to not waste time. I booked a sedan and they provided me private number plate car which was not at all serviced, AC was not working for which we paid. Driver met with an accident. Already existing reviews are not genuine and from their own people. Attaching the pics of car and fight after accident between driver and other bike owners.

I had a very poor experience with Chajju Texi. The driver arrived very late and didn’t even apologize. The car was not clean and the overall service was disappointing.

Our experience with Chajju Taxi for our Ujjain to Omkareshwar trip was fantastic. Driver Dheeraj was a nice person. The entire service was reliable and exceeded our expectations. I've already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
