  Been to this restaurant 4 times and extremely disappointed by the service and the staff behavior. According to consumer protection law it is up to the customer whether they want to pay the service charge or not it is not mandatory to pay the service charge it is optional I told the staff to remove the 10% service charge from my bill and he said "sir service charge dena pdta hai pay nhi krna illegal hai" I told them that it is upto the customer and is not mandatory but he denied service to me without service charge I was going to call the Consumer Affairs helpline number and then he pulled me aside and was like "thike sir hata dege service charge bas dusre customer ke samne mat boldiye". He knew it was illegal to refuse service for not paying service charge he thought I don't know the law. And the female staff added 1 extra shot in my bill when I had only ordered one shot. Horrible service.

  Staff Named Pragya, Very Arrogant Behaviour, Asking for Unnecessary Charges, Not giving complimentary Onion Salad as committed, asking for Paid Salad, Poor Service. She is saying Humko Boss ko bhi jawab dena rehta hai sir.
