Excellent Service & Truly Helpful People #Bharat Scooter I had an issue where my bike key broke while opening the petrol tank. I went to Bharat Scooter when the shop was about to close, but despite that, the owner and his son were extremely kind and supportive. The lock set was not available in the shop, so his son personally went to the godown, searched for it, and brought it back. They then got the lock set properly changed through a mechanic. They didn’t leave until the work was fully completed. Although their shop usually closes by 9:00 PM, that day it was already 10:30 PM, yet they made sure my problem was solved before going home. Such dedication, honesty, and customer care are very rare to find. Highly recommended Bharat Scooter for their excellent service and the humble nature of both father and son. Truly grateful for their help.

Came for getting a foot rest on my scooter. The owner quoted a price of Rs 350 for the parts + labor but when I came for a service they changed the price of Rs 390 for the parts + labor and sent me to another welding shop which again charged for labor. The owner has no manners and was shouting in front of other customers. Avoid this shop if you want good customer service.
