Had a really bad experience here. I went to buy a trolley bag after checking a few models online. When I asked if they could match or at least come close to the online price, the person at the store simply refused and claimed those models were “old stock” that would be sent back to the factory, which honestly didn’t make much sense. Instead of helping me with the models I wanted, he kept showing me more expensive bags that I wasn’t interested in. The worst part was his attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and even seemed irritated when I was checking prices and specifications on my phone. As a customer, I just wanted to compare options before spending my money. There was no reason to behave that way. I’d suggest comparing prices online before visiting and not feeling pressured into buying something just because the salesperson says so.

Shopkeeper is one of the rudest person I have ever seen in any of the shops visited. Not just his attitude is bad but he tries to use very cheap sales tactics on customers by taunting at them. Gathering fake 5 star reviews won't help, work on your behaviour. Update: Shopkeeper is trying to flag my review as fake instead of improving his behaviour. Also, truth can easily be found out once you see critical reviews instead of fake five star reviews. Each of them mention about behaviour of shopkeeper.
