Bakers Lounge, once a reliable choice, seems to have faced a decline in bread quality over the past 1-2 years. The current state of their bread is disheartening, as it tends to break easily, making it challenging to enjoy as is or use for sandwiches. Even on the day of purchase, the bread lacks durability, and after just one day, it transforms into a collection of crumbs, leaving consumers with an unsatisfactory experience. Despite the bread concerns, the cakes at Bakers Lounge maintain their appeal, being both delicious and affordable. This positive aspect contrasts with the disappointing state of their bread. Moreover, the bakery's advantageous location adds to its overall attractiveness. To enhance customer satisfaction, it may be beneficial for Bakers Lounge to address the issues surrounding the quality of their bread, ensuring that it aligns with the standard set by their other offerings. This constructive feedback aims to help the establishment maintain its reputation and keep customers returning for a more consistent and enjoyable experience.

The ambience was poor. The food quality was good and quantity was generous. They should work more on interiors to make a good atmosphere here. It is on the first floor over Baker's lounge backery.

Trust me you wont regret trusting them, I asked to make my wife birthday special and the quality of cake and creativity they offer is AWESOME, Taste and Craftsmanship is at par.... It is the only cake shop I prefer and recommend Review second year 2023:- ITS ONE STOP SHOP FOR MY FAMILY,you can see the second cake with hearts in a tree i ordered in 2023... Perfect, thankyou so much. Review 2025:-I always order custome cakes with them and they never disappoint us. It's always top notch TASTE, LOOK, QUALITY, SERVICE which customer can vouch for, Baker's Lounge is the only shop in Ujjain we trust if we are travelling outside we simply don't celebrate with cakes because we don't take chances but with Baker's Lounge we trust them blindly. Thank you for making our day. Lots of respect and love

I found a rusted iron decoration piece used in cake I bought from Baker's Lounge. This cake was served to kids too, does this store's staff and owner even understand what could such things cause to people. Serious quality and service issues.
