Today I visited Babus Water Park with my family and children, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the behavior of the staff at the ticket counter was extremely unprofessional. They did not have basic manners regarding how to speak with customers, especially with ladies. When I objected to their behavior, they responded in a rude manner and said, “Jisko bolna hai bol dena, owner ka kuch nahi kar paoge.” Such language and attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. Secondly, I noticed that drunk people were being allowed to enter the water park premises. This raises serious concerns regarding the safety and security of families, especially women and children. A family place should maintain proper rules and ensure a safe environment for all visitors. I request the management to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve staff behaviour and ensure the safety of visitors.
