  mediclaim facility of the hospital is very dull.. The Medi-claim staff at the hospital is absolutely incompetent; they are unaware of basic Medi-claim rules and do not even know how to submit Medi-claim files to the insurance company. The hospital's functioning is so poor that they cannot get claims approved, forcing patients to contact the insurance company themselves to secure approval.

  Avanti Hospital Review I had a very good experience at Avanti Hospital. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Swapnil Jain for taking such excellent care of my father. He treated him with great expertise, patience, and compassion and guided us throughout the treatment. Dr. Swapnil Jain not only provided excellent medical care but also supported and helped our family whenever we needed it. His dedication, understanding, and humble nature gave us a lot of confidence during a difficult time. We are truly grateful to Dr. Swapnil Jain and the entire Avanti Hospital team for their care and support. Highly recommended!

  Worst hospital experience ever. We admitted my grandfather here, believing the doctors were capable and would save him. Instead, this became the biggest mistake of our lives.My grandfather was a heart patient and needed urgent care, but due to their negligence and delay, he lost his life. The most heartbreaking part was that even the family was not informed properly when doctors and hospital staff care more about rules and protocols than a patient’s life during an emergency, it is unacceptable. No family deserves this pain. I strongly request everyone please think twice before bringing your loved ones here. Shame on this negligence. Karma never misses.

  Extremely poor experience, doctors were not available at critical times and hospital protocols were clearly prioritized over emergency patient care. Even after fee submission, treatment was delayed under the pretext of 24 hour observation, families were denied access to the patient, and there was almost no communication or transparency. The lack of urgency, accountability and Basic empathy is deeply concerning. People should be cautious and stay actively involved rather than relying entirely on the system here.
