Last day I visited the showroom around 7 PM and asked the sales person about the iCube scooter. Instead of helping properly, they simply said “subah” means bolra he subhah ana (come in the morning), and showroom closing time is 9pm. as if they were doing a favor by selling the vehicle. The showroom staff does not treat customers professionally. I would not recommend visiting this showroom. Owner se request hai ki apne staff ke behavior par dhyan dein. Agar customers ke sath is tarah treat kiya jayega, to TVS jaise Indian brand ki image bhi kharab hogi. Kripya company ki value aur reputation ko maintain rakhein.

I recently visited this bike showroom to purchase a new two-wheeler, and my experience was truly satisfying from start to finish. The showroom is well-organized, clean, and displays a wide range of bikes — from commuter models to premium sports bikes. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while explaining every feature in detail. They guided me according to my budget and preferences without any pressure to make a purchase, which felt very honest and professional. The test ride experience was smooth, and the staff made sure I was comfortable before trying the bike. The finance and documentation process was quick, transparent, and completely hassle-free. I especially appreciated their post-purchase support — they helped me with registration, accessories, and even the first free service schedule. The delivery experience was equally impressive; the bike was beautifully polished and decorated when handed over. Overall, the customer service here exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking to buy a new bike at a fair price with genuine guidance and support. It’s definitely one of the best and most trustworthy bike showrooms I have come across in recent times. ***
