  Very disappointing and bad experience.Being the only authorised dell service center in ujn the owner charged me Rs500 just for a normal checkup to a problem,which he couldn't even resolve and can done for almost free outside.Also he handled the laptop very carelessly which made scratches on its body, despite saying sorry he continued to argue.Overall highly not recommended.

  Agar zero rating dene ka option hota to me zarur zero rating deta. Shop owner is very rude

  Very Bad Experience...Shop owner is not a man of his words...he keeps changing his commitment. He knows nothing other than sending devices to Indore and He extort money in the name of freight charges, and even for a small issue that he diagnosed initially (don't know he is capable of that?), later says that motherboard needed to be changed (that's all he learned) and keep increasing the charges and when customer says something...he losses control. Very Bad behaviour. While I was at store, all the customers visited there were told that their device will be sent to Indore.. He even doesn't take responsibility that even after leaving the device with him...he will resolve the issue. But yes his charges for keeping the device must be paid. Beware of such fraudsters.
